(1).  Sincere: The company has customer department and opens the service hotline: 0519-2319915 and confidential hotline: 0519-2314836. In the meantime, the regional distribution staffs in more than 20 provinces and municipalities are ready to answer your inquiries and receive your feedbacks.


(2). Professional: The service department engages 20 engineers who specialize in mechanical and electrical services and furnish to customers the services such as equipment installation, debugging, operation and maintenance. More than 50 R& D engineers will provide the customized services such as the flow layout, model selection and transformation of the equipment. The global vision and the notion of incessant pursuit of perfection cherished by Saurer Group will guarantee the compliance with the customers' demands.


(3). Timely: In case of any equipment default, or receiving any phone call or any fax that requests our service men to debug, the principal in charge of customer department will give reply to the customers within 4 hours. It is required that the service men will reach within 1 day the area within 200 km; 2 days the area ranging from 200km to 1000 km; 3 days the area beyond 1000 km.
